Hello MJWS Families & Friends -
Thank
you in advance for helping with field clean up this weekend Saturday,
April 2 and Sunday, April 3 at our Renny Malach Complex at Spurgin Rd &
Tower St in Missoula (3400 Spurgin). There are parking lots on both Tower Street and off Spurgin. We will begin around 9 a.m. each day
and work until 3 p.m. or later.
Players
and families are asked to help out for 3 or more hours on Saturday or
Sunday. Free lunch will be provided around 12:00 - 1:00 for volunteers each
day.
Please
dress for the weather, wear appropriate footwear, bring water to stay
hydrated, work gloves are recommended, yard tools (i.e., rakes, leaf
blowers, hoes, flat and spade shovels) if you're willing to
share them. If anyone has special work skills or a truck/trailer they
are willing to share for the day please contact us directly for special
projects.
When
you arrive to the fields, there will be a check in station where you
can find out about the projects and get your volunteer assignment for
the day.
