- All Divisions' Managers/Head Coaches
- All Divisions' Assistant Coaches
Location: Hellgate Elementary Building 1 Gym
- 6:30 - 7:00 PM - TBall & Rookie Divisions
- 7:00 - 8:00 PM - Minors, Majors and Upper Divisions (Intermediate & Jr/Sr)
Please ensure at least one Volunteer per team can attend.
This meeting is intended for all Divisions’ Volunteer Managers/Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches. Volunteer Managers/Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches will be unable to participate if they have not formally registered as a volunteer (granting permission for a background check) or have not completed the required training.
