Team Manager and Coach Selection Process
All Majors and Minors Division coaches who have completed required background checks and trainings, including Little League Diamond Leader Training, are eligible to be considered for All-Star Manager or Assistant Coach roles (8–10, 9–11, and 10–12 divisions).
Individuals requesting a Manager role who are not selected may be considered for an Assistant Coach position.
All Majors Division Managers/Head Coaches and Board Members may cast one vote for a Manager in each All-Star division (8–10, 9–11, 10–12).
Minors Division Managers/Head Coaches may cast one vote for the 8–10 All-Star Manager.
Voter participation is strongly encouraged.
The candidate receiving the most votes will be selected as the All-Star Team Manager.
Selected All-Star Managers will choose their two Assistant Coaches.
Player Selection Process
A minimum of 12 players will be selected per team.
The goal is to build the most competitive teams possible, with priority on the Little League (10–12) team.
Players are encouraged to be selected within their age division to maximize participation opportunities.
Players may be selected to play up in a higher division if it benefits team competitiveness.
Separate tryouts will be held for each division.
Players may try out for an upper division and will be considered for their appropriate age division if not selected.
Players do not need to attend tryouts to be considered; however, for a player to be considered, they must:

Player Notification
The All-Star Team Manager will make phone calls to families within 72 hours of tryouts to notify them whether their player has or has not been selected to an All-Star team.
After 72 hours, an email will be sent confirming each player’s selection status.
